Our Teen Culinary Adventure Camp is a hands-on, high-energy week designed for aspiring young chefs who want to build real kitchen skills while having fun. Over five flavor-packed days, campers explore different core ingredients, learning techniques, safety, and creativity along the way.
Vegetable Day – Fresh & Flavorful
Campers dive into the world of seasonal produce, mastering knife skills, roasting, sautéing, blanching, and building vibrant dishes. They’ll learn how to layer flavors with herbs, spices, while discovering how vegetables can shine as the star of any dish.
Egg Day – The Power of a Simple Ingredient
From fluffy omelets, to Hollandaise teens explore the science behind eggs. They’ll practice precision cooking, temperature control, and presentation—plus learn why eggs are one of the most versatile ingredients in any kitchen.
Fish Day – Light, Bright & Confident Cooking
Campers learn how to select, prep, and cook fish safely and confidently. Techniques include pan-searing, baking, and creating simple sauces that complement delicate flavors.
Chicken Day – Everyday Favorite, Elevated
Teens discover multiple ways to prepare chicken, including braising, roasting, and pan-cooking. They’ll focus on seasoning, achieving juicy results, and pairing proteins with complementary sides.
Beef Day – Sizzle & Skill
Campers focus on selecting cuts, seasoning generously, and mastering proper searing techniques. They’ll learn about doneness levels, resting meat for tenderness, and creating simple pan sauces to elevate flavor. From stovetop to grill-style cooking, teens gain confidence handling one of the most iconic proteins.
Throughout the week, campers build kitchen confidence, teamwork skills, and creativity. By Friday, participants leave with a recipe booklet, stronger culinary fundamentals, and the confidence to cook complete meals at home.
